Your question was a good question and you were simply being diligent by asking it. Now as far as Mannatech's Ambratose is concerened it is not exclusive yet. It's status is still patent-pending and has been for the past few years.

You may not realize this but Transfer Factor Plus also has some of the same technology as Ambrotose because it contains a "Polysaccharide Complex"
