We have the exclusive rights for North America to the only patented colostrum extraced transfer factors. We have the only patent worldwide for targeted transfer factors extracted from eggs. If you want to count companies that claim to be selling transfer factors (illegally) then no we are not exclusive. If you are including the other company that share those rights worldwide outside of North America, then not we are not exclusive. It depends how you want to perspective exclusive.
