Hello "Richard ?"

You are correct in stating the main reason for the Bulletin Board is interaction of our PN distributors and education. From that point on, bits and pieces of your posting varied from being on or off track.

I believe you have missed the essence of the majority of comments posted in regard to training calls. Not knowing who you are since you only sign on by a first name (in contrast to providing first & last names, as is the case of most of those who frequently post on this board), I have no idea of the degree of your success or experiences in MLM. So I can only address what I do know about the individuals that typically provide comments in regard to the conference training calls.

First of all, the majority of comments only include a few words that are complementary, with the main portion of the post being focused on a specific element of the training.

The value of such comments provides an insight, by way of a testimony from experienced networkers, to those who typically haven't listened to, or particiapated in these call. The testimony, typically is specific in providing examples of the type of information shared. We constantly have new "grass root" type distributors as well as many coming aboard with significant MLM backgrounds. These comments can serve as a tool for others to develop an impression of the value of these calls.

I'll share the 2 postings that were made in regard to last Thursdays call, to make my point. Richard Talkington, a Presidental Diamond, and one of Professional Networkers most active distributors, made a comment that pointed out what he had heard had the significance to cause him to now change his prospecting approach.

Peter Arnold, who is clearly one of the most knowledgeable distributors in Professional Networkers, typically highlights one or two of the "key messages" of the training call, and then expands on those thoughts, adding another dimension to the training.

Others such as International Diamond David Caccianiga, who is the Professional Networkers Director of the Asian Pacific Rim and Past CEO of New Vision Australia, has posted on this board, regarding comments I have made, as well as in response to my posting on MLM.com.

Jay Wold, one of the most product knowledgeable persons in our organization, has made specific references to the conference calls as had Ken Wheaton, another key distributor in Professional Networkers..and active in promoting ideas regarding "Grass Roots University". If I recall correctly, it was Ken who posted a statement that he felt a specific conference call I did earlier in the year, was so significant that he would be purchasing copies of that, and provide them to each of his new distributors.

I could go on and on mentioning many others, such as Grass Roots Distributor of the week, Bob and Linda Cameron, and Ravi, a relatively new, but a very high potential distributor. I apologize to those I did not mention. The purpose of listing specific names was to make the point, very successful distributors are hearing value in what is being shared, and they care enough to want others to possibly gain by listening in on future trainings.

I don't know your level of accomplishment in 4Life, but I do know that typically those posting comments in response to the conference calls are very active and well recognized in Professional Networkers family. They are interested in the growth of our overall organization, and they view this as a way to help introduce distributors to the value of the calls.

You made a comparison to these comments to as the same as introducing new distributors, and therefore comments regarding the conference calls should be limited to the recognition page. Richard, that specific comment from you is like comparing oranges to apples. The new distributor welcome is just that. A welcome to new members. 99.99% of the time the only Professional Networker knowing that person is their sponsor. There is not an educational link to that posting. There is such a link, when specific comments are shared regarding elements of the training calls.

Typically the number of individuals posting comments are not more than 3, and usually less. If you are not interested to read what thay may have learned, don't open the post...and the total of 1,2 or 3 posting take up only a few lines of space, (and that would only happens once a week at that).

I know you statement that only hours later important posting were "buried", because of postings of thanks and philophies ...is SIGNIFICANTLY OVERSTATED.

Basically, I am a low key individual. But when a posting is misleading, I feel a responsibility to other distributors, to include some balancing statements.

Sincerely,

Dick Helgeland
International Diamond
