Dad is out of the office for a few more days. Dad is on the International Advisory Board. There is a plan on the table to ban all advertising of and selling of 4Life products on all websites other than the my4Life.com websites. Discussion is continuing on the subject.
The purpose of this policy change is to protect 4Life and its distributors from governmental actions. Although we haven't received any complaints from the FTC or FDA yet, it is only a matter of time. 4Life's legal staff has been exmining websites for several months. There are a great number of violations. It is the desire of 4Life to protect your future by bringing its distributors into compliance with the law.
It is imposible for 4Life to police the Internet 100%. It only requires a few distributors violating the law to bring the whole company into a problematic situation.
You are right there are other companies at risk. We are in a unique situation because our product is unusual and producers a great number of real outstanding testimonies and studies.Because our product can impact an individuals health beyond anything in the industry, it opens the door for more risk. Distributors feel very right in sharing their miraculous testimonies because what they say is real and true.
If this policy takes effect as it is at this time, I believe Professional Networkers is in a better position than anyone else in 4Life or even in the industry. We have an outstanding legacy by ourselves. No one else in the industry offers what PN does. We have a 35 year legacy with the largest staff in the industry by far.
Dad has the capability to write articles far beyond anyone else in the industry. He knows more about this industry that anyone. We can provide a website that is very competitive.
Dad is inquiring if he can use testimonies that mention tranfer factors but not Transfer Factors. If you will notice that over the past few months we have replace most of the testimonies that refer to TF and TF+ by trade name. We can include a great amount of information about transfer factors and the immune system. Individuals would come to our site to read about a ton of information and then visit the link "my4Life.com" to order product or for more specific product information.
Of course from a personal perspective we would like to continue as is but for the sake of all of our futures we are willing to adjust to any changes the 4Life legal team feel that we should. I suggest that you write 4Life to express your opinions. David Lisonbee is very interest in all of his distributors.
