Yes we have conducted some research on this issue. So far our research hasn't provided us with a clear picture. We receive inconsistent data from the various test-markets that we have performed.
We do find that when we use html, we receive a higher quality of respondents but less percentage. We are still deciding which avenue to focus our efforts. We would appreciate any feedback for the field on this issue. Thanks.
