Hello Jeff,

Thanks for the question. The voice message that you are referring to, is not a hotline. We have a simple message asking the prospect to leave their personal contact information along with the ID # on whatever advertisement piece they have responded to. In the past we used a hotline message but through test marketing we found that you have less hang ups when you simply ask for the prospect's contact information.

This voice box is with a commerical carrier and is not a local number. Are you advertising in the USA or in Canada? We haven't had request for a toll free number for Canadians that are advertising. If you need a toll free number for advertising campaigns in Canada, we could provide one for you. You can e-mail me at mike@mikeakins.com. If you would like to read a script of what is said on the toll free propsect line we can e-mail you a script. Basically it is just a short request for contact information.
