Ivan, you can give TF+ at 1/2 cap daily as a routine to little ones as young as 6 months in applesauce or yogurt. I would push however TF at 1 cap 3-4 times daily in the same medium or in 1 oz of formula or pumped breast milk. You will have to give it at least a month or two to kick in and if your baby is doing well, then back off to one or two caps of TF daily as a maintenance. And yes, it does work.
