Hi James,

Melaleuca have launched in Australia and I agree the product line is very bland, also they seem to have short changed Australian distributors by opting for a payout that is 50% less than the Comp. Plan they use in the USA. For example in the US their Vitality Pack costs $22.95 with a Point value of 21, in Australia the cost of the Product is $42.85 (this reflects the difference in the US to Australian dollar) with a point value of 20. This appears to be the same but the company pays out the 20 points on the Australian product in Australian dollars! I have never seen a company launch here in Australia that has done this, it effectively cuts the distributors pay in half! When you compare the 4Life plan vs the Melaleuca plan in the US the 4LIfe plan is far superior anyway, but the Melaleuca Australian Plan would be the lowest payout comp plan in MLM history in this country.

This is either an oversight (which would be gross mismanagement) or a deceptive practice that will soon be discovered by the unsuspecting distributors, either way I do not see Melaleuca surviving in this market with this stratergy.

I am so impressed by Mike Akins and his staff and the professional ethic that they adhere to, at the end of the day honesty pays!!

Have a great day and we look forward to helping you succeed!

Best regards
