To my knowledge, there is no negative interaction between TF or TF+ and any blood thinner out there right now. I find the doctor's response rather distasteful, rather than looking into whether there would be any negative interaction and giving an authoritative answer. The "on your head" comment. . .well, I have a very hard time reacting to it in a way that is appropriate for a "clean" BB. I have a mother of one of my staff members in the office, on thinners for years, taking TF+ for immune boosting due to recurrent skin ulcerations: no negative interactions reported ofr over six months and NO recurrence of skin ulcerations. She is also a diabetic and these ulcerations can cause HUGE problems. She now avoids any of those complications with TF+ immune boosting. Hope this helps. Dr. David in Maine
