The question is sincere. I can say that because I wrote it. I received it from one of my readers after referring our board to the TF url he mentioned. It is precisely because of the jerks who have been plaguing this site that I was not willing to make Dr. Lewis's email address known.
However, if you want to respond to my email address I can pass the answer on to him. Although I believe it would be beneficial to others of us on this site to hear your answer also, if you don't feel that would cause a problem.
What a shame someone with so much good to offer as you have has to be put through this ridiculous waste of your valuable time.
