In case you missed Night Line on Friday, March 30, the entire program was devoted to what residents of South Boston call a "mysterious outbreak" of scleroderma. One lady is spearheading the move to bring this situation to the attention of government health agency so that proper measures can be taken to determine the cause and appropriate remedy could be sought. Health officials of the state have not come up with any answers except to admit that it is an "auto-immune disease". The program also showed some of those afflicted, but it was rather difficult to see bodies shrunk and fingers all bent like birds' claws. Has TF helped anyone with this condition?
