Nothing with specific disgnosis of basal cell,BUT there have been many reports of lesions that were considered either pre-malignant or early malignant. 4LR users used TF+ and our earliest form of TF Renewall, a home-made brew of TF out of capsule, with Vit E and Aloe. Now many have used the TFRenewall and TF+ with phenomenal results due to the immune boosting. TFRenewall can be applied at will throughout the day and for an overt malignancy, I would immune boost with TF+ at 3 caps 3 times daily.
