Good Morning KC:
Thanks for inquiry. I noticed I mistyped one diget on my website address I included in the e-mail I provided directly to you this morning. Since this is now being posted on our bulletin board I have modified it slightly, plus provided some addition information over and above the personal response I sent directly to you earlier today.
As you may know, our Professional Networkers headquarters provides the largest downline support staff in the entire multilevel industry. Mike has 32 full time consultants, which includes a full time staff of internet specialists. Services from his staff are available to our downline organization at no cost, other than materials that may be ordered.
I would like to re-emphasize the fact that we have an internet team within Mike's staff. I am confident the vast majority of the downline you will build, even if you did acquire them through the internet, will be utilizing our success proven postcards etc. So I suggest you have a balance in your marketing approach. don't underestimate the importance of having a strong upline that is effective in the mainstream marketing approach of Professional Networkers. The majority of your downline will likely need that type of support and follow through know- how. As I mentioned earlier today I do have a downline person that is a webhost and designer.
Regarding my background, I'll share a few highlights and then cover a more broad overview.
1. Mike Akins has been my personal mentor for approximately 2 years, and I am on his first level.
2. Professional Networkers provides live, national conference training calls 4 times per month. Mike personally presents 2 of those. His supervisor of the telephone consultants and I present the other trainings.
3. I received, at this years 4Life National Convention, the Professional Networkers highest award for excellence in downline support.
4. Of the approximate 30,000 distributors in the Professional Networkers organization, I was honored by being the second person placed in the Recognition Page of our websites. The number one position was earned by a full time pediatrician, who is on the 4-Life Medical Advisory Board.
5. I am participating in the 4-Life Research and Professional Networkers opportunity on a full time basis, and have a "family" like closeness with Mike & his staff
6. A two page “Ladder of Success” article about me was included in the January 2000 issue of the Network Marketing Connection. That article is reprinted in the Professional Networkers websites. You are able to view the article by clicking on the PDF Library lettering within the red banner on the home page of any of the Professional Networkers websites, and then scroll down to “Success Story”. Also you may view information regarding a write up of me being included in the Recognition Page of our website. That can be viewed by going to the Recognition heading within the red banner on the home page of our website.
I can appreciate the challenge you face in attempting to select the most supportive sponsor. Everyone will share they ‘’want’’ you in their downline and imply they will provide support to you. A question you should be asking yourself is “How do I calibrate one "support" from another "support" and determine which is likely to give me the most help?’’
Well, I have a way to assist you in solving that question by documented credibility. I believe that my receiving Professional Networkers highest award for excellence in downline support is the ultimate in sponsorship endorsement. All the other statements I could make, as to why I believe I would be an excellent sponsor for you, fall behind the importance of the President of Professional Networkers and his staff selecting me for the top award for downline support.
I believe my approach on marketing and downline support is very duplicable, because basically it is focused on being helpful and sincere to all the varying levels of experience that I sponsor into my downline. I strive to make sure I have something to offer each. I look to customize how I can effectively work with each of my downline. I take into consideration each person's unique experience and background. I look for their strengths and seek to optimize the use of that in strategies. I also focus on the effort being made by those in my downline rather than results. I say that because in some cases, even though a good effort is being made, other factors outside of their control may negatively influence the actual outcome.
It might be interesting to you. to read a sample of the career backgrounds of distributors I have personally sponsored. They vary from significant multilevel marketing backgrounds to limited prior marketing experience and a wide range of careers that include nutritionists, chiropractor, President of the largest Private Investigative School in the United States, Pastors of various faiths, teachers, engineers, dietitian, master carpenter, an Advisor Board Member of another MLM nutritional company, website provider & designer, insurance manager , health professional, Literary Agent for Screenwriters, Area Director for Chuck Colson’s Prison Ministries, Landscape Architect , Production Engineer, University Professor and Free Lance Writer.
I received national recognition by way of a two-page article in the Network Marketing Connections January 2000 issue. In the February and March issue of Advantage Networkers ran an article and I placed a full-page advertisement. On a general background basis, I bring to our organization approximately 8 years of prior MLM experience in the nutritional field and a significant legal and contractual career with several Fortune 500 companies. I was President of a 200+ organization of professional administrators and a member of the Board of Directors for a period of four terms to the 25,000 member National Contract Management Association. I served as a Lieutenant Commander in Naval Intelligence and have traveled extensively throughout the world. I have taught communications, human relations and negotiation related subjects for UCLA and the University of Washington. I continue to be on the U of Washington Board of Advisors.
I have been blessed to have a calming effect on people who feel abandoned, confused, frightened, neglected etc. So over the years I have volunteered and shared a considerable amount of time with a large crisis clinic; 2 hospital hospices. I have participated in a prison visitation program for approximately 3 years and serve as a member of a special court committee which hears juvenile cases, under the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of Washington,.
On the fun side of my life I have many adventures, just a few of which are hot air balloon piloting, downhill skiing, teaching scuba diving, horseback ridding, flyfishing, etc. I do care about people, enjoy life and love to share.
Incidentally I do have a new person in my downline that is a webprovider, and designer.
My website is http://www.pro-networkers.com/76941.html . My telephone # is 425-486-6657.
If this looks like we would work well together, I would enjoy having you as a part of our team. Please feel most welcome to give me a call any time.
I wish you success.
Sincerely,
Dick
