I hate to add an "and another thing..." but-
Today I spent over 15 minutes trying to get through to order entry. I realize there are going to be troubles, and I'm prepared, but once I did get through, i got someone who didn't know about anything, and wanted to know if I wanted Shaperite, or 4-life, bounced me back to 4-life's "Hold feature" and I was soon disconnected.
I did this 3 times and then ran out of time and had to go. How many other sales are we going to miss because of this?
