Yes, it is supposed to be taped, infact, they are sending out a film crew to record for a new corporate video. I agree re: communication issues raised here, but to be honest, my involvement is on a medical advisory level. These are VERY IMPORTANT issues that should be raised with the Distributor Adv Board, of which our beloved Mike Akins is a member (and an influential one at that).
