In the medical office where my wife works as an office manager, seldom a winter season goes by that the staff doesn't contract the flu /cold viruses that patients bring with them for treatment. This past season has been rather mild but as the norm, most of the full time staff got sick.
Recently the doctors and staff were standing around at the front desk discussing who had been sick and how many days they had taken off. My wife came out of her office and joined the crowd to find out what the scoop was. One of the nurses kind of interrupted everyone... "hey, I don't remember you getting sick this year and what about Mike, was he sick at all?" My wife replied "not even a sniffle." As she walked back to her office she could hear the same nurse yell out... "what makes you so special?"
Now I know this is not Harvard Medical School science, but it doesn't take a truck load of medical research to get my attention. I tend to look at things in a more cause and effect sort of way. I believe if it walks like a duck, flys like a duck and quacks like a duck... there's a pretty good chance it's a quacker.
After discussing this event at length and realizing this is the first year that we can remember where we didn't both get sick, it was pretty obvious to us... the only identifiable difference between us and them that makes any logical sense is our consumption of "Transfer Factor."
I have been on a long and costly journey looking for a home... I know I've finally found it in 4Life Research and Professional Networkers.
Thank you Richard Talkington and Mike Akins!
