I also wanted to point out that my two boys have allergies. For my 8 year old 4 regular Transfer Factors keep his allergies and asthma controlled. However my younger son requires 6 per day and if I drop him down to 5 or less then his sinuses start acting up really quick. He will turn into a snot project gone bad!
