Yes TF+ helps the immune system identify a number of pathogens that the cow has been exposed to. Along with transfer factors, TF+ contains other ingredients that boost the part of the immune system that kills anything that isn't considered self.
The problem is that the immune system doesn't naturally function very well in the lining of the arteries. The chemicals that the immune system uses to fight infection actually become part of the problem in the arterial lining. Immune system cells release certain chemicals that cause inflammation. The inflammation modifies the cholesterol. Pathogens in the arterial lining seem to be able to hide from the general immune system defenses.
TF+ has a number of transfer factors that are programmed through the natural exposure of the cow to its environment. The problem is that there are not enough programmed transfer factors to be effective in the more difficult arterial environment. TFCardio contains transfer factors that were exposed to an environment rich in the antigen-specific pathogens that are believed to cause a great percentage of heart disease.
After saying all of this, it is important that I repeat that we are not promoting TFCardio as a cure for heart disease. Heart disease is a very complicated disease. The healing process initiated by the immune system is very complicated. We promote our products as functionally supporting and strengthening the processes within the immune system. Mike
